Outcomes depend on various factors including changes in immigration law, policy interpretations, and individual circumstances.
3.3 Legal Advice Limitation: Our services constitute immigration advice within the scope of registered migration agent practice. For complex legal matters that fall outside migration law, we recommend consulting qualified legal practitioners.
3.4 Information Currency: Immigration laws and policies are subject to frequent changes. While we strive to maintain current information, we recommend verifying the latest requirements with official government sources.
4.1 Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at all times. Any false or misleading information may result in visa refusal and potential legal consequences.
4.2 Timely Cooperation: You agree to respond promptly to our requests for information, documents, or actions required for your matter.
4.3 Document Authenticity: All documents provided must be genuine and unaltered. You are responsible for ensuring document authenticity and obtaining certified translations where required.
4.4 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable Australian and international laws throughout the immigration process.
4.5 Notification of Changes: You must immediately notify us of any changes in circumstances that may affect your application or eligibility.
5.1 Service Fees: Our professional fees are outlined in individual service agreements and may vary based on the complexity and scope of services required.
5.2 Government Fees: Government application fees are separate from our professional fees and are subject to change without notice. These fees are non-refundable once paid to government authorities.
5.3 Payment Terms: Fees are payable as specified in your service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
5.4 Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Generally, refunds may be available where services have not been commenced or where we have failed to provide services as agreed.

7.3 Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, delays in processing, or actions of third parties.
7.4 Professional Indemnity: We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by MARA regulations.
8.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate our services at any time with written notice. Fees for work completed remain payable.
8.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, provision of false information, or inability to contact you for extended periods.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we will provide you with copies of your file and relevant documents. Outstanding fees remain payable.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apply World Group and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without express written permission.

10.2 External Resolution: Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Migration Agents Registration Authority or relevant consumer protection authorities.
10.3 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic restrictions, government actions, or changes in immigration law or policy.
